Aside from one person who surrendered, 28 thugs were completely annihilated,&#8221; the Xinjiang Daily said, according to Reuters news agency.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: sans-serif, Arial, Verdana, 'Trebuchet MS'; font-size: 13px; line-height: 20.8px;\">US government-funded Radio Free Asia (RFA) was the first to report the mine attack in September.
