Young people were brainwashed by extremist thoughts and manipulated by terrorist organizations. Besides launching terror attacks in Xinjiang, these terrorists also penetrated inland provinces and started attacks in places such as Tiananmen Square of Beijing and Kunming Railway Station,\u201d the editorial said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 20px; line-height: 32px; color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: &quot;PT Serif&quot;, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\u201cThe security situation in Xinjiang has been turned around recently and terror threats spreading from there to other provinces of China are also being eliminated. Peaceful and stable life has been witnessed again in all of Xinjiang,\u201d it said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 20px; line-height: 32px; color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: &quot;PT Serif&quot;, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The response to the attacks was justified, indicated the editorial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; box-sizing: border-box; font-size: 20px; line-height: 32px; color: rgb(33, 33, 33); font-family: &quot;PT Serif&quot;, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">\u201cThis achievement has come at a price that is being shouldered by people of all ethnicities in Xinjiang \u2026 Xinjiang has been salvaged from the verge of massive turmoil. It has avoided the fate of becoming \u2018China\u2019s Syria\u2019 or \u2018China\u2019s Libya\u2019. Xinjiang is operating under the rule of law and ethnic unity. Police and security posts can be seen everywhere in Xinjiang.
