Islamic manner, to turn themselves in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 1.7;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Those who surrender to authorities within 30 days and confess to their crimes will be treated leniently and might avoid punishment, Hami&#8217;s official social media account said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\" style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 1.7;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Advocating that people live their lives in accordance with the Quran, stopping other people from watching television, or banning alcohol, smoking <\/span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">and<\/span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"> dancing at weddings are listed as <\/span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">behaviours<\/span><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"> that should warrant informing the authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 1.7;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The list also included openly destroying, rejecting or thwarting the government identification system, as well as rejecting housing provided by the state.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; line-height: 1.7;\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Those who turn themselves in within 30 days will be treated leniently.
