UNESCO&#8217;nun, &#8220;Tehlike Alt\u0131ndaki Diller Atlas\u0131&#8221;na g\u00f6re d\u00fcnyada dillerin 200&#8217;\u00fc son \u00fc\u00e7 ku\u015fakta kayboldu, 2 bin 300&#8217;\u00fc kaybolma riski alt\u0131nda \u00c7in,i\u015fgal alt\u0131nda tutu\u011fu Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistanda Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi yok olma tehlikesiyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan Uygur \u00f6zerk b\u00f6lgesi \u00c7inlilerin a\u011fz\u0131yla Sincan(Xiang)\u00f6zerk b\u00f6lgesinde &#8230; \u00c7in Halk cumhuriyeti anayasas\u0131n\u0131n \u00c7in Halk Cumhuriyeti Mill\u00ee Otonomiye Kanunun&#8217; Uygurlara verdi\u011fi Anadilde e\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131 Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistanl\u0131lar\u0131n elinden ald\u0131.\u00c7in b\u00f6ylelikle kendi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 Anayasan\u0131n milli otonomi kanununu tan\u0131mad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Halbuki Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi en eski dillerden biridir. T\u00fcrk tarihindeki en \u00f6nemli \u015fairlerden Al\u00ee \u015e\u00eer Nev\u00e2y\u00ee&#8217;nin \u00c7ahardivan&#8217;\u0131, Hemse&#8217;si, Ka\u015fg\u00e2rl\u0131 Mahmud&#8217;un &#8220;Divan-i L\u00fcgatit T\u00fcrk&#8221;\u00fc, Yusuf Has Hacip&#8217;in Kutatgu Bilig adl\u0131 eserleri bu dille yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Uygur T\u00fcrklerinin tarihte yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 parlak medeniyetler ve d\u00fcnya medeniyet hazinesine yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131lar\u0131n hepsi Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi&#8217;nin g\u00fcc\u00fcyle olmu\u015ftur. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczdeki duruma gelecek olursak, 1949 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00c7in Halk Cumhuriyeti kuruldu\u011fundan beri Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi \u00c7in hudutlar\u0131 i\u00e7ersinde kalan Mo\u011fol, Tibet dilleri gibi her sahada i\u015flek bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Uygur T\u00fcrkleri kendi dillerinin sayesinde eski Uygur medeniyetinin miras\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 olarak kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcrlerini geli\u015ftirme f\u0131rsat\u0131na sahip olmu\u015flard\u0131r. 58 y\u0131ldan beri Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi&#8217;yle yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f olan gazeteler, dergiler ve kitaplar d\u00fcnyan\u0131n d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131na da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca y\u00fcz binlerce Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00fc bu alanda istihdam edilmektedir. Son 20 y\u0131ld\u0131r Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;da yaz\u0131l\u0131 ve g\u00f6rsel medya h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;dakiekonomik geli\u015fmelere takiben Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi&#8217;nin kullanma alan\u0131 da h\u0131zl\u0131 geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bunlar\u0131n hepsi Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi&#8217;nin zenginli\u011fi ve Uygurlar\u0131n Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi&#8217;ne olan sevgisi ile ilintilidir. E\u011fer bir millet kendi dilini sevmiyorsa, kendi ana dilinin k\u0131ymetini bilmiyorsa o dilin geli\u015fmesi ve m\u00fckemmelle\u015fmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi&#8217;nin yok olmadan sonsuza dek mevcut olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak olan tek \u015fey, Uygurlar\u0131n kendi diline olan sevgisidir. E\u011fer Uygur T\u00fcrkleri ana dilini lideri, k\u00f6yl\u00fcs\u00fc, \u00e7ift\u00e7isi, zengini, fakiri, ayd\u0131n\u0131 ve y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131 olarak severse, ona sahip \u00e7\u0131karsa Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esi ilelebet mevcut olacakt\u0131r. \u00c7inliler 1949 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonuna do\u011fru Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;a tamamen hak\u00eem olduktan sonra eskideki e\u011fitim sisteminde baz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yaparak \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitimin temelini atmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 1950&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llardan bug\u00fcne kadar Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;da y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitimi a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki 5 d\u00f6neme ay\u0131rmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bug\u00fcn Kantonca( G\u00fcney \u00c7in&#8217;in dili) ve Mandarince (Kuzey \u00c7in&#8217;in dili)&#8217;ni konu\u015fanlar birbirlerini anlayamaz ancak; \u00c7in alfabesiyle \u00c7ince yaz\u0131\u015fabiliyorlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Biz her zaman Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistanda Uygur \u00f6zerk b\u00f6lgesini i\u015fgal alt\u0131nda tutan \u00c7in i\u015fgalcilerinin buraya \u00f6zerklik vermediklerini s\u00f6zde \u00f6zerk b\u00f6lgenin sadece ka\u011f\u0131t \u00fczerinde oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledik.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Konu \u00fczerinde detayl\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 olan Uygur T\u00fcrklerinden akademisyen Emet Erkinin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma bizi konu hakk\u0131nda ayd\u0131nlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re \u00c7in halk cumhuriyeti May\u0131s 1950 tarihinde \u015ein Jiang Halk H\u00fck\u00fcmeti taraf\u0131ndan &#8220;\u015ein Jiang maarif Islahat\u0131&#8221; konulu bir genelge yay\u0131nlayarak ilk ve ortaokullar\u0131n ders m\u00fcfredatlar\u0131nda d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131, milli okullarda \u00c7ince ve Rus\u00e7an\u0131n se\u00e7meli ders olarak konulmas\u0131, \u00c7ince okullarda ise Uygurca ile Rus\u00e7an\u0131n se\u00e7meli ders olarak konulmas\u0131 belirtilmi\u015ftir. 1959 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015ein Jiang Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi h\u00fck\u00fcmeti \u015ein Jiang&#8217;daki b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00fcksek e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131nda \u00c7ince haz\u0131rl\u0131k okuma zorunlulu\u011fu getirmi\u015f, haz\u0131rl\u0131k bitti\u011fi zaman \u00f6\u011frencilerden \u00c7inceyi rahat okuma, dinleme ve yazma becerisine sahip olmalar\u0131 talep edilmi\u015ftir. 1964 y\u0131l\u0131nda Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi y\u00f6netimi 474 say\u0131l\u0131 genelge ile ortaokul ve liselerde \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitim yapma karar\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f, denemeli olarak \u015ein Jiang \u00dcniversitesi ortaokulu, Gulja \u015fehri 6. lisesi, K\u00e2\u015fgar 2. lisesi, B\u00f6rtala Mo\u011fol Otonom B\u00f6lgesi 2. lisesi, Urum\u00e7i \u015fehri 6. liselerinde denemeli olarak \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitim yapmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;da \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitimin temeli at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1966 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00c7in&#8217;de ba\u015flat\u0131lan K\u00fclt\u00fcr devriminin etkisiyle b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00c7in&#8217;de oldu\u011fu gibi Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;da da e\u011fitim durma noktas\u0131na gelmi\u015ftir. B\u00f6ylece yeni ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olan \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitim denemeleri de durmu\u015ftur .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda Mao&#8217;nun \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra \u00c7in&#8217;de ba\u015flat\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k politikas\u0131n\u0131n sayesinde Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;daki milli e\u011fitim canlanmaya ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Okullarda Ana dil e\u011fitimine \u00f6nem verilmekle birlikte \u00c7ince e\u011fitime de \u00f6nem verilmi\u015ftir. B\u00fct\u00fcn \u00dcniversitelerde haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 \u015fart konulmu\u015ftur. 6 Aral\u0131k 1982 y\u0131l\u0131nda sab\u0131k Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi ba\u015fkan yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Baday, mill\u00ee okullarda \u00c7ince e\u011fitimi g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme konusunda teklif sunmu\u015f ve bu kabul edilmi\u015ftir. Teklif kabul edilince b\u00fct\u00fcn y\u00fcksek okullarda, meslek\u00ee okullarda \u00c7ince haz\u0131rl\u0131k g\u00f6rmek zorunlu h\u00e2le getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">12 Eyl\u00fcl 1985 y\u0131l\u0131nda Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi e\u011fitim ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 5 senelik ilkokul e\u011fitiminin Ders M\u00fcfredat\u0131 Program\u0131&#8217;nda 1985 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren b\u00fct\u00fcn okullarda \u00c7ince e\u011fitime ba\u015flamay\u0131, k\u00f6ylerdeki okullarda \u00f6n haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n yap\u0131larak 1987 senesinde \u00c7ince e\u011fitime ba\u015flamay\u0131 bizzat talep etmi\u015ftir. 6 Nisan 1990 y\u0131l\u0131nda Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;\u0131n K\u00e2\u015fgar vilayetine ba\u011fl\u0131 Bar\u0131n kasabas\u0131nda meydana gelen ayaklanmadan sonra \u00c7in&#8217;in Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;a y\u00f6nelik politikas\u0131nda k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir de\u011fi\u015fim ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Siyasi bask\u0131 artman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, e\u011fitimde de k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir de\u011fi\u015fime gidilmi\u015ftir. 25 Eyl\u00fcl 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi halk temsilcileri kurultay\u0131n\u0131n toplant\u0131s\u0131nda \u015ein Jiang Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi Dil ve Yaz\u0131 y\u00f6netmeli\u011finde az\u0131nl\u0131klar\u0131n \u00c7inlilerle olan siyasi ekonomi ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel ili\u015fkilerinde \u00c7ince kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 talep edilerek &#8220;\u00c7ince \u00c7in devletindeki b\u00fct\u00fcn halklar\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortak dildir. B\u00fct\u00fcn resm\u00ee dairelerde resmi yaz\u0131lar \u00c7ince yaz\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.&#8221; diye \u015fart konulmu\u015ftur. 14 Haziran 1996 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilk defa HSK yani \u00c7ince Seviye S\u0131nav\u0131 getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esinde E\u011fitimi B\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle Ortadan Kald\u0131r\u0131p \u00c7ince E\u011fitime Ge\u00e7me D\u00f6nemi \u00c7in Kom\u00fcnist Partisi Merkezi Siyas\u00ee B\u00fcro \u00dcyesi Uygur \u00d6zerk B\u00f6lgesi Kom\u00fcnist Partisi Genel Sekreteri Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;daki \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitimdeki problemlerle ilgili yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada en b\u00fcy\u00fck problemin \u00f6\u011fretmen eksikli\u011fi oldu\u011funu dile getirerek, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki 3 \u00f6neride bulunmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">a. Ana okulda \u00c7ince e\u011fitime \u00f6nem vermek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">b. \u00c7in dilini iyi bilen ana okul \u00f6\u011fretmenleri yeti\u015ftirmek<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">c. Ne pahas\u0131na olursa olsun \u00c7in&#8217;in y\u00fcksek menfaati i\u00e7in \u00c7ince e\u011fitime ge\u00e7i\u015fin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi \u015fartt\u0131r. O konu\u015fmas\u0131nda \u015funlar\u0131 da dile getirmi\u015ftir: &#8220;Biz ilkokul birinci s\u0131n\u0131ftan itibaren \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitime \u00f6nem vermeliyiz. \u00d6zellikle \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin \u00c7ince seviyelerini y\u00fckseltmeye \u00f6nem vermeliyiz. Bundan b\u00f6yle \u00e7ift dili bilmeyenler \u00f6\u011fretmen olamayacakt\u0131r. 2004 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Mart ay\u0131ndan itibaren ilk ve ortaokula \u00c7ince \u00f6\u011fretmen yeti\u015ftirme \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde 55 bin \u00f6\u011fretmene \u00c7ince \u00f6\u011fretmek i\u00e7in 8 sene gerekmektedir. \u0130ki seneden beri 3791 \u00f6\u011fretmen \u00c7ince e\u011fitimden ge\u00e7irilmi\u015f ancak bu yeterli de\u011fildir. \u0130\u015fte bu yukar\u0131da g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz konu\u015fmalar aynen uygulamaya ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve \u00c7ince bilmeyen \u00f6\u011fretmenler erken emekli edilmektedir. Onlara iki seneye kadar maa\u015f verilmekte ve daha sonra bu maa\u015f\u0131 kesilmektedir. 2010 y\u0131l\u0131nda ilkokuldan \u00fcniversiteye kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn okullarda \u00c7ince e\u011fitim hedeflenmektedir. Ger\u00e7i bu \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitim s\u00f6z\u00fc kula\u011fa ho\u015f gelse de, Uygulamaya bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman bunun hi\u00e7 de \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitim olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, tamam\u0131yla Uygur dilini ortadan kald\u0131rmaya y\u00f6nelik oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u00c7ift dilli e\u011fitim asl\u0131nda kendi ana dilini \u00e7ok iyi derecede bilmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ikinci bir yabanc\u0131 dilin \u00f6\u011frenilmesi demektir. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki \u00f6zel okullar veya normal devlet okullar\u0131nda ana dil e\u011fitiminin yan\u0131nda bir ba\u015fka yabanc\u0131 dil e\u011fitimi verilmektedir. Hi\u00e7bir zaman T\u00fcrk dili e\u011fitimden kald\u0131r\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ama \u00c7in&#8217;in \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitim diye adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu uygulama as\u0131l amac\u0131ndan sapm\u0131\u015f olan, Uygurlar\u0131n ana dilini e\u011fitim dili olmaktan \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylece bu dili peyden pey kullan\u0131mdan kald\u0131rmay\u0131 hedefleyen bir uygulamad\u0131r. Bunun da \u00c7in h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin Uygurlar\u0131 asimle etme politikas\u0131n\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortadad\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, 2000 senesinden itibaren \u00c7in&#8217;in Pekin ve Shang Hay kentlerinde \u015ein Jiang s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 diye adland\u0131r\u0131lan 4 senelik lise e\u011fitimi veren s\u0131n\u0131flar a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 4 senenin bir senesinde \u00c7inceden e\u011fitim verilir 545 ve sonraki 3 senesinde dersler tamam\u0131yla \u00c7ince yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u015ein Jiang s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 ilk y\u0131l\u0131nda deneme ama\u00e7l\u0131 olarak sadece iki s\u0131n\u0131f olarak a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, bu s\u0131n\u0131flar daha sonraki y\u0131llarda h\u0131zla \u00e7o\u011falt\u0131larak b\u00fcy\u00fck kentlerden \u00e7ok k\u00f6y kasaba \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 bu okula kay\u0131t edilerek \u00c7in&#8217; g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Onlar g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcld\u00fckleri yerlerde haftan\u0131n sadece bir g\u00fcn\u00fc d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya \u00e7\u0131kabilecekleri kamp \u015feklindeki okullarda \u00c7in dilinde e\u011fitim g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tab\u0131 bu s\u0131rada bu \u00f6\u011frencilerin s\u0131k\u0131 bir beyin y\u0131kama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan ge\u00e7irildi\u011fi de herkes\u00e7e bilinen bir ger\u00e7ektir. Ger\u00e7i Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;da \u00e7o\u011fu insan ana dilin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n bilincinde olsa da, ama \u00c7in h\u00fck\u00fcmeti taraf\u0131ndan planl\u0131 ve programl\u0131 \u015fekilde yarat\u0131lan bu sistemde insanlar \u00e7aresiz kalmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ana dil okullar\u0131nda okuyan \u00e7ocuklar \u00c7incesi yeterli de\u011fil, gibi bahanelerle derslerinde istedi\u011fi kadar ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen i\u015fe al\u0131nmamaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece Uygur ebeveynler gelecekte \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fsiz kalmamas\u0131 kayg\u0131s\u0131yla \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 mecburen \u00c7ince okullarda okutmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fer \u00c7in&#8217;in bu politikas\u0131 b\u00f6yle devam ederse daha sonraki y\u0131llarda okullardan mezun olacak olan Uygur gen\u00e7li\u011fi ne kendi ana diline hak\u00eem, ne de \u00c7in diline hak\u00eem olabilmi\u015f, iki farkl\u0131 k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn aras\u0131nda bocalay\u0131p kalan vas\u0131fs\u0131z bir nesil olarak yeti\u015fecektir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7in koloni y\u00f6netiminin 1955 ve 1986 y\u0131llar\u0131 \u00c7in Halk Cumhuriyeti Mill\u00ee Otonomiye Kanunu&#8217;nda Uygurlara verilmi\u015f olan kendi anadilinde e\u011fitim g\u00f6rme ve ana dilini geli\u015ftirme hakk\u0131, \u00e7ift dili e\u011fitimi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda Uygur T\u00fcrklerinin elinde alm\u0131\u015f,Urum\u00e7i \u00fcniversitesinde Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esiyle e\u011fitim yap\u0131l\u0131rken ,\u00c7in koloni y\u00f6netimi an\u0131 bir kararla Urum\u00e7i \u00fcniversitesinde e\u011fitim dillini \u00c7ince olarak de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f . \u00c7in&#8217;in Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;da uygulamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00e7ift dilli e\u011fitim ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcmekte oldu\u011fu politika asimile siyasetidir.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bir halk\u0131n, kendi k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc, tarihini, kimli\u011fini yeni nesillere aktarmadaki en \u00f6nemli i\u015flevi, kullanm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 anadil ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirir. Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan halk\u0131, anadilleri olan Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esinin yeni nesillere \u00f6\u011fretilmesi konusunda da b\u00fcy\u00fck bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015f\u0131yor. \u00c7in Devleti&#8217;nin, \u00c7ince d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki dillerin \u00f6\u011fretilmesi konusunda g\u00f6stermi\u015f oldu\u011fu kat\u0131 tutum neticesinde, son zamanlarda \u00e7\u0131kan dergilerin yaln\u0131zca %10&#8217;unun Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esiyle yay\u0131mlanmakta oldu\u011fu bir b\u00f6lge haline gelmi\u015f Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan. Buna ilaveten kitapta yer verilen bilgilerden, e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funun \u00c7ince e\u011fitim vermesi meselesi, Uygur T\u00fcrk\u00e7esinin gelecek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan nas\u0131l bir tehlikeyle kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcren \u00c7in \u0130\u015fgal y\u00f6netimi Uygur ana dilde E\u011fitim Okulu A\u00e7an Uygur Ayd\u0131n\u0131 Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistanl\u0131 e\u011fitimci Uygur Ayd\u0131n Abduveli AYUP tutuklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">AYUP , Uygur dilinde E\u011fitim kampanyas\u0131 ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda bir \u00e7ok b\u00f6lgede ilk ve Ortaokul a\u00e7maya planlam\u0131\u015f, Uygur T\u00fcrklerinden b\u00fcy\u00fck bir destek g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uygur dili ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc yok etme politikas\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fctmekte olan \u00c7in kom\u00fcnist rejimi Abduveli Ayup ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n bu faaliyetlerinden rahats\u0131z olmu\u015f, onlar\u0131n Uygur Ana dil faaliyetlerini durdurmak i\u00e7in yasa d\u0131\u015f\u0131 para toplad\u0131 diye iftira atarak g\u00f6zalt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c7in 2002 senesinde Do\u011fu T\u00fcrkistan&#8217;daki okullar\u0131n ders sistemini de\u011fi\u015ftirerek \u00c7ift Dilde e\u011fitim ad\u0131 adl\u0131nda Uygur Dilindeki t\u00fcm dersleri kald\u0131rarak; zorunlu \u00c7in dilinde E\u011fitim vermeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Bunun sunucunda bir \u00c7ok Uygur Gen\u00e7leri Uygur dilini unutmaya ba\u015flad\u0131, bu metotla,\u00c7in i\u015fgal y\u00f6netimi Uygur gen\u00e7lerini asimle edip \u00c7inlile\u015ftirmek istiyor.
